Who can enter?

The awards are open to publicly funded or charitable organisations and collaborations. Applications from other partners in the private sector are welcome as part of a submission in collaboration with a publicly funded or voluntary sector body.

How do I submit an entry?

All entries should be submitted via the online entry portal on this website. We cannot accept entries in writing or via email.

You can enter multiple categories and can submit several different entries into a single category, however you must submit separate forms for each entry you make.

What is the deadline for entry?

The deadline for entries is midnight on 20 May 2023.

What will you do with the information contained in my entry?

The information you include with your entry will be shared with our award judges to enable them to determine the winners. Only information included in the main form will be shared with the judging panel. We will use the social media handles provided in the entry to announce the winners, via Twitter, at the award ceremony.

Contact information will only be used by the award and event organisers to keep you informed about your entry and the awards and where necessary to check and verify information supplied.

The award organisers reserve the right to use information contained in your entry as demonstration of excellence and a showcase of innovation in health and care. If any elements of your entry are sensitive or confidential then please indicate in your entry form.

When will the winners be announced?

If your entry has been shortlisted, we will inform you by 1 August 2023. Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony on 21 September 2023 at De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms, London.

Do you have to pay to submit an entry? 

No. We do not charge for submissions, there is a nominal charge to attend the event on 21 September.

What is the dress code for the evening? 

The dress code for the evening is business attire.
